-A day or two before you plan to lay your Sod, Call US at 720-641-5712 so that we can put you on the schedule.

-We only cut enough Sod to fill the orders we have scheduled. This assures that your Sod is fresh and not leftover from a previous day.

-We cut early in the morning or in the evening when the sod is cool. We schedule our watering times based on the orders placed the previous day. We may not be able to accommodate last minute orders, because of this.

-Call or Text us at 720-641-5712 to confirm your order.

-Weather happens and that perfect grade may get washed out or just too muddy to lay sod.

-We get gully washers, too, and it makes it hard for us to cut. We may have to delay a pickup time if we can’t get into the field.

-Pick up your Sod at the farm, located at 622 S County Rd 149, Strasburg Colorado.

-We have a nice big sign at the driveway, just follow the driveway east to the load out area by the big hay barn on stilts.

-Have your payment ready at the time of pickup. We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards.
